Over the last few months I have complained, sent in help requests, and PLEADED with Instagram to look into WHY I cannot Monetize my account! After 2 years I finally have a decent number of followers at 38K, but, Instagram has DEEMED that my content VIOLATES the TERMS of SERVICE so I have built a business here without the benfit of deriving any income from it!
This leads a reasonable man or woman to ask:

- What Violated Terms of Service? No Really WHAT DID VIOLATE the the CONTENT GUIDELINES?
Well, @Instagram which is it? Have I posted something or not? Clearly the answer is NO I have not. I never have and I never will per their own admission!
- Where is the “post containing offensive material?
A search of all posts found NOTHING!
- When did the violation occur?
A search of all posts shows all content does not VIOLATE the MONETIZATION POLICIES AT ALL!
- Why was the account demonetized when clearly I am here as a representative of my business (Chief Operating Officer of Woods Enterprises Texas conducting legitimate business?
Instagram can only be described as a platform that does not know what it is doing! One hand has NO IDEA that ANOTHER HAND is EVEN ATTACHED much less how to get it to cooperate! I am either demonetized because there is someone there who is offended by a tall beautiful bikini model and they seek vengeance, they have NO CLUE HOW TO FIX THEIR OWN PLATFORM, or, they are engaging in sexual harassment in MY workplace!
Let’s ask one more question!
Are there any attorneys out there that would like to use this information to pursue an interference with business claim against Instagram? Otherwise, I’m moving ALL my photos, videos, and contacts to this MY PERSONAL WEBSITE!
Today, 12/6/2022 , a “customer” support ticket was generated online and this verbiage was sent to Instagram Support Center. What do you want to bet I will not hear anything from Instagram?
“Monetization Complaint:
I have Zero violations (see Above). I never post nude or sexually suggestive content. I am a glamour, fitness, and bikini model. I cannot monetize my account because someone at Instagram does not like my account and is acting petty. This action is sexual harassment aka body shaming. At what time will Instagram repair my account so I can monetize the account? This conversation has been copied and will appear on my blog at www.thegiannalifestyle.com/my-blog and will stand as a legacy of evidence.”
