Really @Instagram – Flagging my Motivational Post in a Bikini? What the HELL

This video was flagged for “Multiple Category Violations” within minutes of posting. It’s built from several stills that represent the words that we embedded in the video as well as the theme of the sound track.

Interestingly my REEL was flagged for “MULTIPLE CATEGORY VIOLATIONS” a term they use when they don’t like anything about your post. The post contains ONLY fully clothed bikini photos just like Ms. Ashley Reed as shown below.
Yet here is a series of photos by her and shown here for contrast and comparison. It’s from Instagram as well. She’s a fine looking woman who is similarly clad in a bikini BUT her content is not flagged:

Nice looking right? Flagged? NO.

Texas Attorney General DOES NOTHING to Enforce Social Media Law!

The Office of the Texas Attorney General has DONE NOTHING to uphold HB-20
This post was made TODAY on @X because of the continued harassment of my account by the @X platform. They have done NOTHING in over 2 years to correct their illegal activities. Breaking the law is breaking the law.

Did you know that selectively supressing an account on X is against the law?

Texas H.B. 20 does not allow platforms to interfere with digital expression, including expression on social media platforms or through electronic mail messages.

It has been held up by the U.S. Supreme Court now.

This type of ban causes an account to not populate search suggestions and people search results when it is searched for while being logged out. Twitter seems to take tie strength or a similar metric into account. While an account may be suggested to users you are strongly tied to, it may not be shown to others.

@TXAG do your job and put a stop to ALL “shadowbans” using your law or YOU are an accomplice!

UNPRECEDENTED SEXUAL HARRASSMENT by INSTAGRAM

Well FANS the INSTAGRAM censors have out done themselves by their continual SEXUAL HARASSMENT of me, my LEGITIMATE business, and is attempting to slow, stop, or eliminate my ability to earn an income in a free economy. How do they do this? Using a two tier system of enforcement, they limit my growth with their alleged “Terms and Conditions” by stating As Follows. Now, whether they cease and desist is irrelevant, someone in their organization is constantly monitoring accounts, flagging them, and causing financial damage to the accounts. More than likely, an employee is taking bribes from outside entities to flag accounts that compete with them – a clandestine “pay for play” scheme. It appears outside the limits of acceptable business practices.

ALSO, it appears that the performance of Instagram and Twitter (X) are linked. This indicates that an external entity (website monitoring service) is being paid to interfere with my business. There are some VERY LIKELY candidates who would take on such a task, They are known by name and that name has been provided to authorities as well as to the respective websites.

They have attacked business related postings with these warnings as follows:

All of these actions are contrary to THEIR OWN Terms, and, as a result I feel it is necessary to publish this on Instagram:
